In the draft law on mobilization, they plan to include a provision that will give conscripts 60 days to independently update their credentials. This was told by lawyer Oleksandr Poteshin in his Telegram channel.
According to the information provided by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on National Security of the Verkhovna Rada, Yehor Chernev, the People's Deputies are considering three options for updating information in territorial recruitment centers: a personal visit to the TCC to update data, a visit to the National Security Agency or registration of an electronic cabinet for online updating. without a visit to the TCC.
Chernev noted that updating data within 60 days from the date of entry into force of the law will become mandatory for citizens.
However, attorney Poteshin considers this norm controversial. He noted that it may be ineffective or require an end to martial law and mobilization for its implementation. According to Poteshyn, the regulation provides for updating only the contact information of conscripts.
Earlier, the lawyer explained how information on evaders is entered and withdrawn in the "Armor" base. The Ministry of Defense also announced the connection of the registry of conscripts "Oberig" to the two largest databases.
