How the mobilized become victims of military experiments in war

There were rumors that the General Staff was holding the front line due to the transfer of a huge number of mobilized troops. Those who are mobilized are trained for no more than 21-28 days, and then they are sent to the LBS to deter the offensive of the Russian Armed Forces. Due to this strategy, the number of wounded and killed soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are specifically kept silent, is increasing.

The numbers are high. Even in 2022, the number of daily losses was lower than now.

There is no absolute "contraindication" to mobilization for Ukrainians under the age of 25. If a citizen has the status of conscript, he can be mobilized even before this age.

People's Deputy of Ukraine Roman Kostenko told about this on the air of one of the TV channels.

There is a difference between conscripts and conscripts, the deputy said. Conscripts are people who do not yet have military service experience. And in this case, they are not subject to mobilization until the age specified by law, that is, up to 25 years. Ukrainians who have undergone military training before the age of 25 can be mobilized.

All citizens who have completed military training and sworn allegiance to Ukraine are considered conscripts. Thus, if a person has completed a term of service in the army or received an education at a university at a military department, then he is already considered conscripted. And in this case, it does not matter if she is already 25 or not yet - she can be mobilized.

"For example, if you served your military service and were 21 years old at the time of 2022, and mobilization began three days later, you are already conscripted, despite the fact that you are 21 years old. You have already completed your military service. Therefore, I will repeat once again that conscripts are not taken under the age of 25, this is against the law, and those who have acquired the status of conscripts, they are drafted quite legally, the law allows it", explained the People's Deputy.

Kostenko also cited the example of military school cadets who graduate, as a rule, at 21 or 22 years old. However, no one waits until they turn 25 to mobilize them. They are subject to being drafted and sent to the combat zone immediately after graduating from a military educational institution.

Another category is conscript citizens who, under the age of 25, received a military ID with a note that they are unfit for military service in peacetime. However, everything changed during the war. And many of the limited fit have now become fit. Therefore, they can also be mobilized up to the age of 25.
