The new head of "Kyivmiskbud", which is 80% owned by the Kyiv community and is one of the largest developers in the country, is connected to the business empire of his predecessor, Igor Kushnir, who left his post at the end of last year after a series of scandals . In particular, Vasyl Oliynyk, who was appointed to the position of head of "Kyivmiskbud" in early February, in recent years as the director of the general contractor company worked on the facilities of the Stolitsa Group company of the well-known Kyiv development Vladyslava Molchanova. Among the Kyiv developers, he was called the "government engineer".
Molchanova herself is a business partner of Igor Kushnir's family. It turned out that Molchanova and Kushnira's 25-year-old daughter Daria are among the ultimate beneficiaries of the British company Alliance 1903 LTD, registered in London at the end of 2022. According to data from the British register, this firm is also engaged in development activities.
In addition, last fall, Molchanova and Kushnir had connections with a businessman close to the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
Earlier, journalists reported that Yermak's former partner in the film business, Artem Kolyubaev, who heads the Council for State Support of Cinematography, began to actively enter the construction business associated with pro-Russian politicians Viktor Medvedchuk and Vadym Stolar. It turned out that Kolyubaev now also has a joint business with persons related to the "Kyivmiskbudu" explorer Ihor Kushnir and Molchanova's Stolitsa Group. Thus, at the end of November 2023, the owners of Garant Capital Financial Company LLC, which is supposed to be engaged in the completion of the Evryka residential complex, changed hands. Previously, it was registered to managers Kushnir and Stolar, now among its co-owners Artem Kolyubaev himself, ENSO managers and Stolitsa Group lawyer are indicated.
In addition, journalists previously stated that Molchanova, along with Kushnir and People's Deputy Vadym Stolar, were the real beneficiaries of the private company bUd Development, connected to Kyivmiskbud.
As reported, in December 2023, the former president of "Kyivmiskbud" Ihor Kushnir, who was suspended from his duties since July last year, decided to resign.
Earlier, journalists discovered that Kushnir's business community and relatives built a closed cottage town on the land taken from "Kyivmiskbud" in Kozyna. The cost of the houses built there was estimated at more than $3 million. The journalists also found out that in 2019-2020, the company of Kushnir's wife purchased a French firm, which was designed for a villa on the Cote d'Azur with an estimated cost of 20 million euros.
In addition, it became known that in May 2023, the head of "Kyivmiskbud" together with his wife Oksana conquered Everest. At the same time, Kushnir received the right to leave Ukraine during the war thanks to a disability certificate. The climb to the top cost the couple $150,000. Currently, "Kyivmiskbudu" is at the stage of construction of almost 1.5 million square meters. m of housing - 22 residential complexes with more than 100 buildings of various degrees of readiness. At the same time, most of the construction sites of "Kyivmiskbud" have not been working for a long time, and for their completion, the company is asking the Kyiv authorities for billions of hryvnias from the city budget.
