From August 1, Ukrzaliznytsia introduces new rules for the purchase and return of tickets to combat abuse. For some internal flights, passengers will now need a person's confirmation through the service.

For these flights, you can only buy tickets online, and sales through railways will not be temporarily.
The UZ explains that such measures are implemented to combat the dealers, which are massively buying tickets and then resold at higher prices or block places.
Soldiers will still be able to use special services for booking tickets - through the Army+ or on the UZ website. The innovation does not affect the trains where the special reservo is provided.
Ukrzaliznytsia also reported that he soon plans to introduce authorization in a mobile application via Bankid to expand the possibilities of safe verification of the individual.
