The former assistant of the deputy of the Khmelnytsky Regional Council was found guilty of bribery and assisting the illegal crossing of the border
On May 23, the court found guilty of committing corruption crimes 53-year-old Raisa Kabarchuk, a former assistant to the deputy of the Khmelnytsky Regional Council Tatiana Krup.
As established by the court, Kabarchuk contributed to the registration of fictitious disability to a military person, which allowed to avoid mobilization and illegally leave the territory of Ukraine.
Penalty for a sentence is a fine of UAH 540 thousand, two years of probation, as well as a mandatory payment for the needs of the Armed Forces in the amount of 100 thousand hryvnias.
The case file states that in the summer of 2024, a resident of Netishin, a resident of Kabarchuk, asking him to help decorate disabilities. The woman who then worked in the field of medicines promised to resolve the issue through the regional medical and social expert commission, using her relationship. In August, she received the first tranche - 35 thousand hryvnias, and on September 20 - another $ 12,000, during which she was detained.
The facts that Kabarchuk had previously worked in the regional council, as well as its links with representatives of medical commissions, became aggravating. At the same time, the court took into account that the accused has a disability of the second group, three children, two of whom were also with disabilities, which affected the softness of the sentence.
Criminal proceedings were opened under articles providing for the responsibility for obtaining an illegal benefit by an official and assistance in the illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine.
Recall that the name of Tatiana Group, the former MSEC head, also appears in another investigation - on the likely abuses of the solar energy market, which her husband and son may be involved. The case is considered by anti -corruption authorities.
