Yegor Maslenikov ("Street City")
The founder of Kharkiv Company "Stroky City" in 2022 registered Object One in the UAE. Its company already evokes several objects of elite real estate in Dubai.
At the same time, the LCD of his company in Kyiv and Kharkiv is frozen, and Maslenikov himself left the founders of most of his Ukrainian companies, handing them to his wife's sister.

ENSO Development and Vadim Stolar
Enso Development, a company that is associated with the former People's Deputy from the Vadim Stolars, also builds housing in Dubai. There are two elite LCDs, villas and townhouses. Officially, the Stolar left this business in 2022, but continued to finance it, which he testified in his declaration.
In Ukraine, the Enso Development has only recently declared the restoration of construction, although its projections were frozen.
In 2023, the SBU searched the Stolar in the case of legalization of funds in favor of Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak.
The former head of Kyivmiskbud Igor Kushnir and his family are actively investing in real estate abroad
("Kyivmiskbud") His wife Oksana, who has Cyprus's citizenship, owns Koksi Holding Ltd, which builds business centers in Vilnius and Riga, cottage towns in Vilnius and LCD in Budapest.
