Ukraine continues to digest the military accounting process - since August 1, more citizens will be able to design a defer from mobilization online, through the reserve+ from the Ministry of Defense. New users include people with disabilities as well as families of servicemen with children under 18.
The innovation reports the Ministry of Defense, emphasizing that gradually digital service will cover all categories that are eligible for deferral.
Who can already decorate the delay online
The reserve+ has an opportunity to apply for a deferral for:

people with disabilities whose data are entered in the Unified information system of the social sphere (ECSS);
-
persons with temporary unfitness on the results of the Military Medical Commission (VLK);
-
men or women who have a child under 18 and in whom the husband or wife is in military service.
This was made possible by expanding the exchange of data between the Ministry of Defense, the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Social Policy.
What new categories will appear on
According to the Deputy Minister of Defense on Digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko, they will also add to the reserve+ in the near future:

scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff, if they are included in the Unified State Electronic Base on Education;

persons who have a husband or wife with disabilities of group I or II, in the presence of confirmed data from the Ministry of Social Policy, PFU and DRACS.
How to request a deferral reserve+

Authorize in the reserve+application.

Click three dots on the main screen.

Choose a "deferral request" and then the appropriate category (for example, "Man with Disabilities").

After submission, wait for a message with the result.
What are the grounds for law
According to the current legislation, persons can be delayed from mobilization by the following categories:

Health - if a citizen is declared temporarily unsuitable or has serious illness.

Family circumstances - the presence of young children, care for incapacitated relatives.

A critically important profession - in particular in energy, education, science.

Education - students, graduate students, students who have not completed their studies.
Digital reserve+ reserve service avoids long queues in the CCC and minimizes corruption risks. The Defense Ministry emphasizes that the goal is to make military accounting simple, transparent and fair.
