Deputy Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration (OSA) Yana Alekseeva is suspected of concealing property worth 2.4 million hryvnias. Law enforcement officers have discovered numerous inconsistencies in her declarations, which may indicate corruption.
About it reports the detective bureau of ABSURTION.
Alekseeva declared an apartment of LLC "Kadorr-Kamanina" with an area of 45.8 sq. m, but did not indicate its value. According to the documents, this apartment costs 41.37 thousand dollars, which corresponds to the amount of 1.13 million hryvnias. However, the declaration does not contain this information, which is a serious violation.
The declaration for 2021, when Alekseeva was the chief specialist, indicates that another apartment with an area of 68.5 sq. m belongs to her on the right of joint ownership. However, the indicated data does not correspond to official documents confirming ownership of the real estate.
In addition, Yana Alekseeva did not indicate the income of 740 thousand hryvnias, which, according to her, she received from her mother to buy an apartment. According to the documents, these funds were not from her mother, but from Alekseeva herself, which also indicates the unreliability of the information in the declaration.
The declaration also lacked information about one-time expenses in the amount of 529.55 thousand hryvnias, which, according to official data, are confirmed by financial documents.
In general, the identified inconsistencies in Alekseeva's declaration in the amount of 2.4 million hryvnias became the basis for the NACP to prepare a report on signs of a criminal violation under Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code.
Interestingly, in April last year, Alekseeva registered the receipt of 1.36 million hryvnias from citizen Dmytro Petrovych Bil. This may be due to the need to avoid civil confiscation of property if NABU declares suspicion of illegal receipt of funds.
