The deputy head of the Ukrainian Ukrainian Association of Ukraine declared a loan under the "eOsel" program for 4 million hryvnias

Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) Maksym Sandyga declared receiving a mortgage loan under the "DeOselya" program in the amount of 4 million hryvnias. In addition, he indicated a payment of 1.75 million hryvnias, intended for the purchase of an apartment. This information was published in the amendments to the official's declaration for 2024.

The e-Housing program is an affordable mortgage lending program for citizens of Ukraine.

It allows you to purchase housing or property rights with an interest rate of 7% without any compensation;
with an interest rate of 7% with compensation, where the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (Ukrfinzhytlo) compensates part of the interest rate on mortgage loans in the amount of 4%. Sandyga took out a loan for 20 years last October. At the same time, he paid 1.75 million hryvnias himself, and the rest of the funds were paid for by Sense Bank.

Maksym Sandyga was brought to the AMCU by Pavlo Kyrylenko, who is suspected of illegal enrichment. It was previously reported how the official earned millions on the restoration of the Donetsk region. Sandyga was his deputy in the Donetsk Regional State Administration for two years for digital development, digital transformations and digitalization.

However, he is not at all a representative of the IT sphere or a former cyber policeman. He is a former prosecutor who has hardly worked in the private sector. From 2008 to July 2014, he worked in the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office, where he became the head of the investigative department. Until 2020, he worked as an investigator in especially important cases of the Prosecutor General's Office, and then under Kyrylenko in the NACP in the inspection department.

During his time working for Kyrylenko, he declared only an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 53.9 sq. m., which he purchased in 2009. He lived there with his officially unemployed wife and two children. At the same time, he also rented a parking space with an area of 17 sq. m. The declaration did not indicate the property he used in Kramatorsk, where the Donetsk Regional State Administration was located.

At the same time, his wife Oksana Sandyga has been using a Toyota Camry (2011), owned by Alla Volodymyrivna Datsenko, since 2015. The man from the AMCU has a VAZ-2121 (1988), which he acquired in 2018. The editorial staff of 368.media has doubts that the official uses this car.

In 2023, Sandyga earned 1.74 million hryvnias in the Regional State Administration. The couple keeps 420 thousand dollars and 300 thousand hryvnias in cash. The origin of the foreign currency funds is unknown.

Interestingly, unemployed Oksana Sandyga decided to become an individual entrepreneur in advertising in the fall of 2024. This is an interesting combination with the fact that her husband is the deputy chairman of the AMCU.
