The deputy head of the Ukrainian Ukrainian Association of Ukraine declared a loan under the "eOsel" program for 4 million hryvnias

Deputy Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) Maksym Sandyga declared receiving a mortgage loan under the "DeOsel" program in the amount of 4 million hryvnias. In addition, he indicated the payment of 1.75 million hryvnias aimed at the purchase of an apartment. This information was made public in the amendments to the official's declaration for 2024.

The YeOsel program is an affordable mortgage lending program for citizens of Ukraine.

It allows you to purchase housing or property rights with an interest rate of 7% without any compensation;
with an interest rate of 7% with compensations, where the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (Ukrfinzhitlo) compensates part of the interest rate on mortgage loans in the amount of 4%. Sandiga took out a 20-year loan last October. At the same time, he contributed 1.75 million hryvnias himself, and Sense Bank paid the rest of the money for him.

Maksym Sandyga was brought to AMKU by Pavlo Kyrylenko, who is suspected of illegal enrichment. Earlier it was reported how the official earned millions on the reconstruction of Donetsk region. For two years, Sandyga was his deputy in the Donetsk Regional State Administration for issues of digital development, digital transformations, and digitalization.

However, he is not at all a representative of the IT sphere or a former cyber police officer. He is a former prosecutor who hardly ever worked in the private sector. From 2008 to July 2014, he worked at the Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv, where he became the head of the investigative department. Until 2020, he worked as an investigator in particularly important cases of the Prosecutor General's Office, and then with Kyrylenka in the National Criminal Investigation Department in the inspection department.

During his work under Kyrylenko, he only declared an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 53.9 square meters. m, which he bought in 2009. He lived there with his officially unemployed wife and two children. At the same time, he also rented a parking space with an area of 17 square meters. m. The declaration did not indicate the property he used in Kramatorsk, where the Donetsk State Administration was located.

At the same time, his wife Oksana Sandiga has been using Toyota Camry (2011), which belongs to ALLY Vladimirovna Datsenko. The AMCU's man has a VAZ-2121 (1988), received in 2018. Editorial 368.Media has doubts that the official uses this car.

For 2023 Sandiga in the ODA earned UAH 1.74 million. In cash, the spouse saves $ 420 thousand and UAH 300,000. The origin of foreign currency is unknown.

From the interesting thing it can be added that the unemployed Oksana Sandiga in the fall of 2024 decided to become a FOP on advertising. It is an interesting combination with the fact that her husband is the deputy chairman of the AMCU.
