Zelensky announced the conditions for negotiations with Russia

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his interview with Bloomberg named the key conditions under which Ukraine is ready to start negotiations with Russia. Among the main demands are security guarantees and the complete withdrawal of Russian troops to the positions they occupied as of February 24, 2022.

Zelensky told about it in an interview with Bloomberg.

According to President Vladimir Zelensky, the quality of negotiations is important, not terms.

In order that Putin could not return. And he wants it. He still won't calm down until he is put in place or until he destroys Ukraine

- said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The head of the Ukrainian state stated that negotiations could be fair and unfair. The question is who Ukraine will be with at this time.

If it is not alone, Ukraine will do everything to make the negotiations just. And fair is the guarantee that the enemy will return to at least a full -scale invasion. It would be a fair opportunity to start a dialogue. But it can be differently in life that happens

- explained the President of Ukraine.

He noted that it all depends on how Ukraine and others look at justice-equally or differently. In particular, it depends on the new US administration, on the EU, on their independence, and including on the global south.

“The question is whether Ukraine will be one in the Norman format - and all others, or Ukraine will be with allies and this time Ukraine will be alone. Here's what is fair negotiations, ”Zelensky added.
