Less "lucky" to the chief associate of Komarnitsky - deputy chairman of the KSCA Petro Olenich, who was sent to a pre -trial detention center with the right to make a bail of UAH 15 million.
It is worth noting that Petro Olenich controlled the entire land in Kiev through several departments: the Department of Land Resources, the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, the Department of Information Technologies and KP Kyivgenplan.
Back in 2021, Petro Olenich knocked 1.3 billion hryvnias from the Kyiv budget for inventory of capital lands, promising to bring 3.8 billion from the sale of land in 4 years. In fact, the so -called "Olenich Inventory" pursued two goals at once: to unbutton money "on the process" and to find areas that can be stolen.
An important point, all inventory/digitalization, was carried out under the supervision of the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov. In fact, thanks to Fedorov Olenich was appointed Deputy Chairman of the KSCA. According to our sources, Fedorov had a direct benefit from the appointment of Olenich, both in the form of banal "rollbacks" and in obtaining "fatty" areas of the capital's land.
The scheme implemented by Peter Olenich is quite simple: found during the audit of the site, which could be squeezed immediately in the new master plan with the "necessary" coding, so that then the scoop is approved. The Kiev General Plan himself was ready 5 years ago, but Olenich with his accomplices specifically inhibited his official approval.
In connection with Peter Olenich, several top capital officials were involved, who have not received suspicion and remain in their positions. In particular, we are talking about Igor Dolinsky, Valentine Pelykh, Dmitry Lykov, Valentine shrine and Oleg Polovvinko.
