New legislative initiatives, which provide for tougher mobilization, will provoke a new wave of illegal outflow of the population, and will also lead to the growth of unprecedented corruption, which will have extremely negative consequences for the Ukrainian state. This was stated by People's Deputy from the "Servant of the People" faction, Heorhiy Mazurashu.
mobilization (and punishment for evasion) submitted to the Council by the Cabinet of Ministers at the request of the military leadership Moreover, he considers these initiatives as a manifestation of "savageness" and an attempt to strengthen the "slave-owning philosophy" in the legislation.
"If the military leadership had the goal of a real increase in our defense capability, then they should have initiated something completely different. It would be worthwhile to remove the traces of coercion so that even citizens who for various reasons cannot/want to serve/fight would have no sense in somehow hiding from the military commissars. Everyone would calmly go to the TCC or verify their credentials in absentia. And the TCC would calmly perform its function - searching for and working with those who can really be useful in the army, who, based on their physical and moral qualities, are potentially ready to perform combat tasks," he explained.
Mazurasha insists: you cannot force people to serve and defend the Motherland. On the contrary, the people's deputy is confident, tough mobilization will provoke extremely negative phenomena for the state.
""Such" mobilization, in the sense of "sovka" (when counting on threats and coercion, when they try to stupidly implement quantitative plans, completely ignoring quality), is already very harmful to citizens, the army, the economy, and the country in general..." Mazurashu emphasized .
In particular, such a situation will lead to a new outflow of the population , and mostly illegal. In addition, the politician notes, there will be an increase in corruption, since those who do not want to go to war will avoid mobilization by all means.
"It is clear that people who, for various reasons, do not see themselves in the army even in the conditions of war, and by some "limitless" actions of the TCC do not allow them to work for the economy (and, therefore, for defense capability), are looking for a way to escape from this specific version of "slavery ". Part of it is simply hidden, which also does not contribute to strengthening defense capabilities, but on the contrary. And some are looking for and finding ways to "break out of slavery" (I've heard this wording more than once, and it's very painful). And in fact, the money that could have gone one way or another to support the economy and the Armed Forces of Ukraine ends up in the pockets of malicious people who, either through schemes in the State (border) system, or through "dog trails" let citizens abroad," he explained.
Mazurashu emphasizes that the government's actions not only do not contribute to the return of refugees to Ukraine, but rather the opposite.
"More precisely, it seems that they want to bring back those who put up with the role of "slaves of the state". But the real representatives of the free people of the free country are not really seen here anymore," he said.
At the same time, the parliamentarian focused on the fact that the state does not have the financial means to carry out intensified mobilization measures.
Also, the interlocutor does not rule out a new Maidan due to the dissatisfaction of the population with forced mobilization. "It is possible that even our team may be interested in helping the enemy. And if you try really hard (as they are doing now), then with "such mobilization work" and other "twisting of the nuts" it is possible to bring the case to such a gift to the aggressors as another "Maidan" or some other internal confrontations," he concluded.
