The Armed Forces of Ukraine continued the training of individual mobilized personnel for up to one and a half months

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) decided to extend the training period of certain categories of mobilized servicemen. Previously, the basic training course lasted 30 days, but now the duration of training has been increased to one and a half months. This decision was a response to the actual challenges of the war and the need to strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

For now, it will be a pilot project in four training centers, where training terms will be extended for 500 recruits. It will last until the end of the year, after which the experience can be extended to all the Armed Forces.

It is also expected to increase the time for learning the basics of using UAVs and trench electronic warfare, as well as increasing the number of hours for tactical fire training, reconnaissance and sabotage activities and battlefield survival skills.

Previously, the mobilized complained that they did not receive any skills in the training courses of the Armed Forces and were helpless on the battlefield.
