Russian propagandists have recently started spreading information about the capture of Tabaivka in the direction of Kupianskyi. This caused excitement and concern, especially among the Ukrainian population and the military. However, according to the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, these statements turned out to be unreliable. In fact, hostilities continue in Tabaivka, and no capture has taken place.
This information was provided on the air of the "Espresso" TV channel by Volodymyr Fityo, head of the public relations service of the command of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He said that although the village of Krokhmalne, located in the Kupyan district, is important for the Russian troops, and the occupiers may try to use it for their propaganda, in fact there is not a single civilian population left there, and the town is destroyed.
Volodymyr Fityo emphasized that the loss of Krokhmalny is not critical for the Armed Forces, as the Ukrainian military has already moved to more advantageous positions. It was also stated that any statements about the capture of Tabaivka are untrue, and active hostilities continue there.
The representative of the Ground Forces called for focusing attention on saving the lives of servicemen and on the possibility of improving the tactical position of the Armed Forces . He confirmed the readiness of the Ukrainian military to defend its country and to take all necessary measures to ensure security and protect national interests.
Thus, unreliable statements about the capture of Tabaivka near Kupyansk by Russian propagandists were refuted by the representative of the Armed Forces, which allows us to avoid panic and maintain objectivity in assessing the situation on the front line.
