In a comment for Hromadske, Bilous confirmed that there was no legal basis for his removal or dismissal.
"As of March 14, as before, the Department of Culture (KSCA) has no legal grounds for removing or dismissing me from office," Bilous said.
He also recalled that on February 10 he wrote a statement on a month to avoid speculation.
