In the Dnipropetrovsk region, law enforcement officers have exposed a 45-year-old resident of the city of Synelnykovo, who organized the production and sale of fake disability certificates and documents on the provision of permanent care for relatives. This was reported by the regional police.
According to the investigation, the man worked as a security guard on the railway, but he organized additional “earnings” at home – where he created a real “printing house” for the production of fake medical documents. His clients were conscripts who sought a deferment from mobilization or the opportunity to go abroad.
In October 2025, the attacker offered one of the conscripts 100 thousand hryvnias to produce a fake disability certificate for a relative, as well as a permanent care certificate. This package of documents was supposed to provide an illegal postponement of mobilization.
On November 12, law enforcement officers documented the moment of transferring 100,000 hryvnias for counterfeit money. After receiving the money, the man was detained. He faces criminal liability for forgery and sale of official documents.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officers are identifying other possible clients of the scheme.
