15 million per year: what income did Volodymyr Zelenskyy declare?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his family declared an income of 15 million 286 thousand 532 hryvnias for 2024. The bulk of these funds came from the repayment of domestic government bonds (OVDP) and rent payments.

According to the president's declaration, published on the website of the Office of the President, the largest share of income — UAH 8.58 million — was received from the repayment of government bonds. Another UAH 6.7 million came from wages, bank interest, and real estate leases. The Office emphasized that the increase in income compared to the previous year is due to the restoration of the full volume of lease payments.

At the same time, the balance of Zelensky's funds at the end of the year remained almost unchanged, and there were no significant changes in their property status or vehicles.

The President of Ukraine has:

  • an apartment in Kyiv (131.9 sq. m);
  • two parking spaces (20.9 sq. m and 20.7 sq. m);
  • 25% of an apartment in Kyiv (254.5 sq m, co-owned with the Shefir brothers);
  • 50% of the apartment (198.6 sq m, co-owned with Serhiy Shefir).

Olena Zelenska owns:

  • an apartment in Livadia (Crimea) (129.8 sq. m) and a parking space (16.1 sq. m);
  • 33% of non-residential premises in Kyiv (337.8 sq m, co-owned with Olena and Larisa Shefir);
  • apartment in Kyiv (284 sq. m).

The spouses also have the right to use:

  • an apartment in the UK (91.9 sq m) since 2014;
  • state dacha in Kyiv (4011.1 sq. m).

Zelenskyy still owns a 2016 Land Rover, and his wife owns a 2014 Mercedes-Benz S 500 4 Matic. The declaration also lists Breguet, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Piaget, and Bovet watches.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy's salary for 2024 was 336 thousand hryvnias.
