17-year-old guy in intensive care: In Odesa region a woman wounded her son with a knife

A horrible family drama occurred in the Teplitsky community of the Odessa region. During a household quarrel, a 50-year-old woman in a state of alcohol intoxication was a knife wound to her 17-year-old son. The incident happened in one of the settlements of the community, reported in the General Directorate of the National Police of the region.

According to preliminary data, the conflict in the family has grown into physical aggression, resulting in a woman hit the teenager with a kitchen knife into the chest.
The father was provided by his father - he promptly sent him to the hospital, where the boy was diagnosed with a penetrating injury of the lung and hemothorax. Doctors perform urgent surgery, the condition of the victim is severe.

Police detained a woman at a crime scene than a blow was removed as material evidence. The Bolgrad District Prosecutor's Office declared suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is a deliberate grievous bodily harm that is life -threatening.

The court chose a preventive measure - detention. The woman threatens up to eight years in prison. The pre -trial investigation is currently underway.
