The United States is preparing to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities as much as possible during the remaining time before the end of Joe Biden's presidential term. According to reports in American media, the Biden administration intends to use all available resources to provide Kyiv with new arms supplies and ensure Ukraine's stronger position before possible negotiations with Russia.
This was stated by the President's National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
“We are going to do everything we can in these 50 days to give Ukraine every tool we can to strengthen its position on the battlefield, to be stronger at the negotiating table. And President Biden has instructed me to oversee the massive shipments of military equipment that we are sending to Ukraine, so that we spend every dollar that Congress has allocated to us by the time President Biden leaves office,” Sullivan said.
