The United States is preparing to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities as much as possible during the remaining time before the end of Joe Biden's presidential term. According to reports in the American media, the Biden administration intends to use all available resources to provide Kyiv with new arms supplies and ensure a stronger position for Ukraine before the likely negotiations with Russia.
This was stated by the president's national security advisor, Jake Sullivan.
"We are going to do everything in our power during these 50 days to provide Ukraine with all possible tools to strengthen its position on the battlefield so that it is stronger at the negotiating table. And President Biden has tasked me with overseeing the massive shipments of military equipment that we're sending to Ukraine so that we spend every dollar that Congress has given us by the time President Biden leaves office,” Sullivan said.
