Deputy Head of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (LCA) Kahaber Berikashvili, together with his wife, deputy of the Kyiv City Council Natalia Berikashvili, accumulated over UAH 8.2 million in currency. However, many of their assets do not have a clear indication of the origin of the funds.
Berikashvili is registered in the city of Kyiv, but in fact lives in the village of Ivankovichi, Obukhiv district of Kyiv region, which is part of the Feodosiiv Territorial Community. Interestingly, the man is so mysterious that there is no photo on the DMS site.
The declarant's family consists of Natalia Berikashvili's wife - a deputy of the Kyiv City Council and son of Leon. Both are registered in Kiev.
Berichashvili is the owner of significant real estate, mainly land plots purchased before its work in the LCA.
The declaration states:
-two plots in the village of Ivankovichi with an area of 800 and 1700 sq.m, purchased on July 2, 2012. Both are 100% of the declarant's ownership. The cost at the time of acquisition of the right is not specified, which complicates the estimation of their market price at that time.
-two sections in Kalinovka town (Fastiv district, Kyiv region) with an area of 1500 and 133 sq.m, purchased on May 27, 2010. Also 100% of Berichashvili's ownership. The cost is not specified.
-Reserve house in Ivankovichi: 279 sq.m, purchased on July 8, 2013. The cost at the time of acquisition of the right is not specified.
-Non -locked dwelling house in Ivankovichi (allegedly built since 2015, and possibly even earlier): the area is unknown, the object has not been put into operation.
The village of Ivankovichi is known as a prestigious suburb of Kiev, where real estate is much more expensive than on average in Ukraine.
The lack of information about the value of the objects at the time of their purchase raises the question: where in Berichashvili, which at that time did not hold high government positions, had funds for such assets?
The declaration lists one vehicle-Mazda CX-5 (2020), purchased on July 7, 2020.
Interestingly, Berikashvili has the right to operate and dispose of a car, but the owner is a citizen of Ukraine Lydia Ivanovna Oleksandr. The cost of the car at the time of acquisition of the right is not specified.
Who is Alexandrenko? This is the mother -in -law of the official and former deputy chief of Vasylkiv United State Tax Inspectorate in the Kiev region.
