91% of Ukrainians consider corruption widespread, although only 18% encountered it

Despite the high level of corruption in Ukraine, the real experience of citizens has decreased significantly over the last decade. According to the corruption in Ukraine 2024, 91.4% of Ukrainians consider corruption widespread, but only 18.7% personally faced it in 2023.

How did the situation change?
Back in 2015, 70.7%of Ukrainians had corruption experience, 27%in 2020, and in 2023-18.7%.

  • In education-up to 12-15%.
