The NACP has found significant inaccurate information in the declaration of Inna Potapova, a deputy from Kryvyi Rih, for 2023, amounting to over UAH 11 million. According to the results of the inspection, the actions of the politician have signs of a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - official falsification of the declaration.
Among the undeclared property, the NACP recorded: several land plots, a trade and exhibition complex with an area of over 14 thousand m² with an estimated cost of almost 6.4 million UAH, a sports and entertainment complex, warehouses and other non-residential premises, as well as a parking space in Kyiv. In addition, the deputy did not provide data on apartments in Kryvyi Rih and Kyiv.
It was also established that the value of cars registered to the husband was understated, in particular a Porsche Cayenne and a Lexus ES350. In addition, the NACP found discrepancies in the amount of cash: instead of a possible UAH 2.96 million, UAH 3.5 million was declared - a difference of over UAH 537 thousand.
The identified violations may become grounds for criminal prosecution of the deputy. The NACP continues to analyze other declarations and transfer materials to law enforcement agencies.
