Judge of the Economic Court of Rivne Region Iryna Pashkevych declared her roommate's winnings in an online casino, which is linked to a Russian business. This is LLC "SPACEX" (EDRPOU code 43635954) - the legal owner of the Cosmolot casino, founded by Russian citizen Sergey Tokarev.
According to the annual declaration for 2024, the judge's cohabitant Ivan Yurnyuk received UAH 164,000 in winnings from this casino. These funds became part of the family's total income, which raises questions given the couple's spending and asset structure.
Iryna Pashkevych herself declared only one apartment of her own in Rivne with an area of 82 square meters, purchased back in 2011 for 317 thousand UAH. At the same time, since 2017, she and Yurniuk have been using a land plot with an area of over 1 thousand square meters, which is registered in the name of the father of judge Oleksandr Pashkevych. Its value in the declaration is only 100 thousand UAH, which seems to be a significantly underestimated figure for the city of Rivne.
Since 2019, construction of a residential building with an area of over 191 square meters has been underway on this site. The judge notes that she uses the unfinished house together with her roommate, while the formal owner of the property is also her father. This means that after construction is completed, the housing will actually become the main place of residence of the judge and her family, although it will legally belong to a relative.
In 2024, Pashkevych purchased a 2016 Audi A6 premium car for UAH 800,000. Her roommate bought an old 1998 Suzuki Vitara for UAH 140,000 that same year. In addition, the couple uses a 2018 Volkswagen e-Golf electric car, which is registered to the judge's father and is valued at UAH 659,000.
The family's savings also raise questions. The judge declared 260 thousand UAH, 23 thousand dollars and 3 thousand euros in cash, and her cohabitant - another 26 thousand UAH and 15 thousand dollars. Separately, it is indicated that 48 thousand UAH of cash is kept in PrivatBank, probably in an individual safe. Bank accounts - both the judge and Yurnyuk - are absent from the declaration. The total amount of the couple's savings exceeds 2.1 million UAH.
At the same time, Pashkevych declared only UAH 1.2 million in judicial salary for 2024. She did not indicate other income in her reports, although in September of the same year she received UAH 320,000 from the sale of her 2012 Peugeot 3008 to citizen Lyubov Pashkova. This transaction is missing from the 2024 declaration.
Her roommate Ivan Yurnyuk's income for the year amounted to about UAH 600,000, including salary in military unit A2943, social benefits, a scholarship at the National University of Water Management and Environmental Management, entrepreneurial activities, and winnings at the Cosmolot casino.
The combination of declared income, expensive cars, use of luxury real estate, as well as funds received from an online casino with Russian roots, raises serious questions about the financial transparency of the judge's and her family's lifestyle.
