The Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA) has identified the manager of the seized property complex at 4/6 Ioanna Pavla II St. in Kyiv, one of the largest business centers in the city center, which is linked to sanctioned oligarch Kostyantyn Zhevago. According to the results of the competition, the winner was LLC "Anvil", founded by Volodymyr Drobot.
As notes , Drobot is a co-owner of iBox Bank together with Igor Khmelyov. Since 2023, the bank has been in liquidation by decision of the National Bank - the regulator established that the financial institution assisted individual operators of the gambling market in evading taxes by tens of billions of hryvnias. iBox Bank also processed the payment network of the same name, which journalistic investigations linked to entrepreneur Timur Mindich.
Igor Khmelov, known in the investigation materials as "Bumblebee", appears together with Mindich in a number of joint business structures: Tanden Group, Eventus Management, Atlet Bud, Brand Style, TIM&TIM sro (Slovakia). According to information voiced in the media, certain assets related to Mindich's wife were registered through Khmelov.
No less revealing is the connection of another person involved, Alena Shevtsova (Degrik), Drobot and Khmelov's partner in iBox Bank. She is under sanctions in connection with the LeoGaming money laundering case.
As a result, the management of the seized real estate, which is subject to sanctions against Zhevago, was acquired by a structure connected to individuals involved in cases of tax evasion in the gambling business, banking investigations, and sanction decisions.
Thus, control over the business center in Pechersk will now be held by a group of individuals who share common interests in financial and processing structures, as well as involvement in a number of high-profile cases.
