A young girl accidentally shot a paratrooper at a feast

A tragic event took place in Odesa, when a young girl accidentally shot a paratrooper with a Kalashnikov assault rifle. The incident happened on Sunday night in one of the rented apartments during a party among young people, local media reported with reference to law enforcement agencies.

According to Dumska portal, two couples were resting in an apartment on Chudo-mysto street. During the party, a 17-year-old girl accidentally used a Kalashnikov assault rifle that belonged to her friend, a serviceman. He did not surrender his weapon after returning from a business trip a few days ago. Unfortunately, as a result of careless handling, an accident occurred, as a result of which a young serviceman was fatally wounded.

Law enforcement agencies have started a pre-trial investigation. The version of manslaughter is currently being considered. If found guilty, the guilty person faces up to five years in prison.
