According to information provided by NABU, Kyiv lawyer Oleksiy Nosov tried to bribe the agency's detective and the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP).
This scandalous case led to the fact that the law firm, which had relations with Nosov, decided to terminate cooperation with him.
He offered a bribe of 200,000 dollars to transfer the case of his client to another body of pre-trial investigation.
"This is about the acquisition of Ukrenergo electric energy and the legalization of the funds received from its sale in the amount of UAH 716 million," NABU said in a statement.
The agency did not disclose the lawyer's name. But the legal company "Miller" reported that it is about its lawyer Oleksiy Nosov. The law firm was searched. "According to the team's decision, the company is severing any relationship with Oleksiy Nosov," the company said.
It should be noted that lawyer Nosov was known as the defender of the ex-head of Naftogaz Andrii Kobolev, who is suspected of illegally obtaining a bonus of 10 million dollars.
