Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) reported suspicions to a current attorney of the Kyiv Region Bar Council. According to the investigation, he illegally obtained information from the Unified State Register of Court Decisions and passed it on to his clients.
This is reported by "Law and Business" with reference to the State Bureau of Investigation.
According to the investigation, the lawyer, without the knowledge of the judge of one of the courts of the Kyiv region, entered the ERSR using her login and password.
In the register, he received complete information about court decisions, including those concerning his clients, and transmitted it via messengers. In particular, this is how he, among other things, warned customers of his services about planned investigative actions against fraudulent call centers.
By such actions, the lawyer allowed information to leak from the Register and disclosed information from the pre-trial investigation.
He was informed of suspicion of unauthorized interference in the operation of electronic computers, automated systems, computer networks or telecommunications networks (Part 5 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code).
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of up to fifteen years.
The lawyer has now been served with a motion to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
