Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) reported the suspicion of the current lawyer of the Council of Advocates of Kyiv region. According to the investigation, he illegally received information from the Unified State Register of Judgments and handed it to his clients.

According to the investigation, a lawyer without the knowledge of a judge of one of the courts of the Kiev region was part of the ESSR under its login and password.
In the register, he received full information on the courts of the courts, including his clients and handed it through the messengers. In particular, he, among other things, warned the customers of his services about planned investigative actions on fraudulent call centers.
With such actions, the lawyer made the turn of information from the Register and disclosed information of the pre -trial investigation.
He was informed of suspicion of unauthorized interference with the operation of electronic computers (computers), automated systems, computer networks or telecommunication networks (Part 5 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code).
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to fifteen years.
At present, the lawyer has been amazed to elect a pre -trial detention.
