The French company Holdview Properties, which is probably related to Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov, has prestigious real estate in the French Alps. The journalists of the Project "Investigation.Info" found that the company owns two land plots and chalet in the elite area of Kurshevel. The total cost of the object, according to estimates, can reach 17.5 million euros.

Although the exact date of purchase and the amount of the transaction remain unknown, according to documents, the chalet is located at an altitude of 1840 meters above sea level. This corresponds to the prestigious area of Kurshevel-1850-the most expensive at the resort.
According to the profile resource ResidenCes immobilier, in June 2025 the average price of one square meter in Kurshevel-1850 was 21.7 thousand euros. This allows us to evaluate the value of objects recorded on HoldView Properties:
