Against the background of a full -scale war, the issue of reliable communication in Ukraine has become critical, especially in front and frontal areas. In these circumstances, the key challenge was the vulnerability of traditional communication channels to enemy electronic warfare systems (HRB). The answer to this threat was the emergence of the first domestic satellite terminal - Uasat.
Satellite Terminal Uasat Geo 74 is a flagship product of Ukrainian engineers, designed from scratch to work in conditions of constant threat from the enemy. The main focus is on interference resistance and signal stability, even in the environment of the active EC. That is why more than 65% of cases of use of the terminal are inpatient deployment in combat zones.
Specifications are also striking:
-
Retail speed - up to 100 Mbps,
-
Load speed - up to 5 Mbps,
-
Energy consumption is only 30 watts,
-
Autonomous work without power - up to 3 hours.
These parameters allow you to provide video communication, transmission of large volumes of data, coordination of units and remote work in combat.
One of the most important aspects of UASAT is local production. All components and assembly are carried out in Ukraine, which guarantees quality control, lack of dependence on imports and efficiency of supply in war.
The developers have already announced plans for 2025: more than 50 thousand devices will be produced and connected throughout Ukraine - both for the military and critical infrastructure.
Launching UASAT is not only a technical breakthrough, but also a strategic event for national security. For the first time, a domestic alternative to international satellite systems, including Starlink, was first emerged, which were still the only reliable option for the army and volunteers.
In the face of war, when the issue of autonomy and control over critical infrastructure is priority, the emergence of UASAT demonstrates that Ukraine is able to solve the most complex engineering tasks on its own - even in the rear, even on the front line.
