The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court refused to cancel the arrest of cash withdrawn from the former wife of the People's Deputy Mykola Tishchenko - Alla Baranovskaya. It is $ 269.2 thousand and 202 thousand euros.
The arrest was imposed in the framework of the investigation of the case on possible illegal enrichment and declaration of false information by the People's Deputy. The money was withdrawn from Tishchenko's apartment and Baranovskaya in November 2024. Among the material evidence is the Audemrs Piguet wristwatch.
Baranovskaya's lawyers insisted on cancellation of arrest, saying that the withdrawn funds belonged to her and her father and come from business and property sale. At the same time, NABU said that by 2019, Baranovskaya official income was minimal, and after Tishchenko became a people's deputy, financial affairs had improved sharply.
In addition, the court noted that after divorce Baranovskaya gave Tyshchenko 12.6 million UAH, which raised additional questions about the origin of the funds.
The court decided to seize the seizure, noting that Baranovskaya continues to receive income from business and does not undergo significant financial difficulties. For 2023, it declared UAH 8.8 million in income, and in cash stored UAH 13.3 million and $ 290 thousand.
As for Tyshchenko himself, his official income for 2024 amounted to 425.9 thousand UAH of salaries and UAH 12.6 million a gift from exnew, as well as significant cash savings.
