Today, the news that the sister of the deputy from the "Servant of the People" and part-time secretary of the Irpin City Council Angela Makeeva, Viktoria Honcharuk, from 2021 to 2024 has acquired more than 50 real estate properties.
The real estate purchased by Viktoria Goncharuk in the Buchansky district raised suspicions and raised many questions about possible corruption schemes. Particular attention was drawn to the fact that after Angela Makeeva became the secretary of the Irpin City Council, her sister Victoria began actively buying property during the war.

The question immediately arises: how Viktoria Goncharuk, who worked all her life as an accountant at the State University of Youth and Sports, the district state administration and the department of youth and sports, with an official income that did not exceed 500 thousand hryvnias for several years, was able to purchase 53 land plots and residential houses whose total value exceeded $1 million?
Also, this is not the first scandal involving Angela Makeva.
In August of this year, journalists learned that Angela Makeeva had a fake diploma of higher education and during the war she traveled abroad several times, using utility vehicles. Journalists received an official response from the Ministry of Education that the diploma used by Makeeva was not issued.
A copy of Angela Makeeva's diploma was sent to the editorial office of vlasti.net, which she usually certified with her signature, adding that the copy corresponds to the original. According to the person who sent this document, Makeeva used it during the election campaign, applying to the "Servant of the People" party and to, as well as during employment.
In fact, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2011 did not issue a diploma with the specified series and number to a student named Makeeva. Journalists checked it both unofficially at the university and officially on the special website of the Ministry of Education. In response to a journalist's request, the Ministry of Education issued an official conclusion that a diploma with such data does not exist.
According to Ukrainian legislation, the use of forged documents is severely punished. Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for fines, correctional work or even imprisonment for up to two years. For civil servants, this also means the loss of their position and a lifetime ban on public office.
In the same month, the Informator publication reported that, despite the ban on local council members and officials to travel abroad, Angela Makeeva has been outside Ukraine several times since 2022. It happened for the first time in the fall of 2022 during her vacation, when she crossed the border in a car belonging to the Irpen municipal utility "Teploenergopostach". It is known that she left Ukraine on September 27, 2022, and returned on October 4.
It remains unclear on what grounds Makeeva used the vehicle of the utility company, which suffered losses, for a personal vacation abroad. This company does not rent cars to MPs for trips outside the country. In particular, for the year 2023, KP "Teploenergopostach" declared a net loss of UAH 48 million.
Also, in June 2024, Makeeva crossed the state border twice through the checkpoint in Uzhhorod. She left for Slovakia on June 15 and returned on June 29. It was not a business trip, as she was on official leave at the time. This time, she did not use a utility vehicle, however, according to Government Decree No. 69 of January 27, 2023, MPs and civil servants are prohibited from going on holiday abroad.
It is currently unknown where Makeeva rested during these two weeks. Were they the alpine resorts of Austria, Switzerland or Italy, or the beaches of Montenegro or Croatia?
The public hopes that Angela Makeeva, as a public figure, will explain her actions and talk about the reasons for the trip and share her impressions of her vacation abroad.
In addition, Angela Makeyeva was a candidate for recall from the deputy position according to the analysis of marker votes of the Chesno movement since 2021. However, despite his fraudulent activities and use of his official position, Makeeva was spared the threat of recall.
