A famous Ukrainian actress shared how injections saved her from bulimia and excess weight

Ukrainian actress Olena Svitlitskaya shared her personal story of losing weight with injections. Previously, she was categorically against this method, but the difficult life circumstances she experienced forced her to reconsider her own views.

According to the actress, she went through a difficult emotional period in the winter, which was reflected in her body. Olena "stuck" in her internal pain, and over time she developed an eating disorder.

"Time passes, and my views change. It was very painful and difficult. All this was reflected in my body. At night I sobbed, suppressed my feelings with food, and then vomited in tears. I myself do not believe that all this was happening to me," the actress shared.

She worked with psychologists, eating disorder specialists, practiced meditation and went in for sports, but nothing helped. It was only when her daughter Vera witnessed her bulimia that Olena realized the need for immediate action. “Is that the example I want to be for my children — no,” she said.

After consulting with a doctor, the actress decided to use injections. The method helped her not only lose weight, but also overcome an eating disorder that had previously caused serious damage to her health and psyche for a long time.
