The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, stated that the issue regarding the First, Second, and Third Groups of Persons with Disabilities will be resolved. He also called for refraining from negative comments regarding this item in the draft law on mobilization.
Arakhamia shared this information on his Telegram channel. According to the politician, the current legislation provides for one caregiver per person with a disability, at their choice.
“This is exactly what it should be. And we are not talking about “constant care,” but simply about assistance. I emphasize that consideration of the amendments will begin next week. We will support this point,” Arakhamia noted.
He also noted that similar measures will be applied to graduate students.
“As promised, the issue of granting them a deferral from mobilization will be resolved, regardless of the form of training,” added David Arakhamia.
Earlier, People's Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the National Security Council Committee Yegor Chernev said that it is currently difficult to predict the adoption of the draft law on mobilization, since it includes 4.2 thousand amendments, and different provisions of the document come into force at different times.
