Arakhamia wants to confiscate "abandoned" cars

According to information from sources in the Servant of the People , Davyd Arakhamia is actively promoting the project, according to which "abandoned" cars will be evacuated and confiscated.

According to 360ua.news , the official goal of the initiative is to ensure national security, as such vehicles can be used for sabotage. However, behind this idea can be hidden a large-scale scheme for obtaining excess profits.

National security or manipulation?

In order to justify the need for legislative changes, an explanation has been prepared for the public: "abandoned cars pose a security threat because they can be mined or used for sabotage." Sources report that the scenario of demonstrably blowing up several cars in different cities is even being considered for the "visibility" of the danger.

In order to avoid negative public sentiments, part of the confiscated cars are planned to be publicly handed over to the military at the front. However, the problem is that "abandoned" can be considered cars that simply remained without movement for several days. This status can be obtained by a car upon the application of a "vigilant citizen".

Evacuation as a business scheme

Even before the adoption of changes in the legislation, according to sources, Arahamiya's entourage is already preparing to occupy the niche of this "business". The scheme looks like this:

  1. Evacuation and storage: Car owners will have to pay not only a fine for "violations", but also evacuation and storage services. In case of non-payment within 90 days, the car will be sold "for debts".
  2. Commercial sites: Sites near large cities are allocated for evacuation companies on preferential terms. In the future, these plots may be used for residential or commercial development, which will provide a significant profit to structures close to Arahamia.
