Arakhamia wants to confiscate “abandoned” cars

According to sources in the Servant of the People , David Arakhamia is actively promoting a project according to which "abandoned" cars will be evacuated and confiscated.

According to 360ua.news , the official goal of the initiative is to ensure national security, as such vehicles can be used for sabotage. However, behind this idea may be a large-scale scheme to obtain super-profits.

National security or manipulation?

To justify the need for legislative changes, an explanation has been prepared for the public: “abandoned cars pose a security threat because they can be mined or used for sabotage.” Sources report that to “illustrate” the danger, a scenario of demonstratively blowing up several cars in different cities is even being considered.

To avoid negative public sentiment, some of the confiscated cars are planned to be publicly handed over to the military at the front. However, the problem is that cars that have simply been left without movement for several days can be considered “abandoned.” A car can also receive this status upon the application of a “vigilant citizen.”.

Evacuation as a business scheme

Even before the adoption of changes to the legislation, according to sources, Arakhamia's entourage is already preparing to occupy the niche of this "business". The scheme looks like this:

  1. Towing and storage: Car owners will have to pay not only a fine for the “violation”, but also towing and storage services. If they fail to pay within 90 days, the car will be sold “for debts”.
  2. Commercial plots: For companies engaged in evacuation, sites near large cities are allocated on preferential terms. In the future, these plots can be converted into housing or commercial facilities, which will provide significant profits to structures close to Arahamia.
