The Asset Investigation and Management Agency (ARMA) has not been able to sell 463 hectares of arrested land in the Borzhava valley for the fourth time, an asset that appears in a high -profile case about theft of funds from the State Investment Project of Vladislav Kaskiv.
The latest auction, scheduled for July 7, broke out due to the lack of participants. Bidding was to take place on the ProZorro platform. In total, the lot includes 494 land in Khust and Mukachevo districts of Transcarpathia, as well as objects of ski infrastructure - Upper and lower extract stations.
After the revaluation in 2025, the starting value of the object amounted to UAH 827.4 million. Funds from potential sale are planned to be sent to a special account of the Armed Forces.
These areas were arrested by the decision of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court in the framework of the case of theft of UAH 259.2 million, which were allocated for investment projects as early as the Kaskkov State Investment Project. Ten people are accused of the case, including Kaskov. The four defendants are now serving in the Armed Forces, and none of them received a real prison term: most of all - five years conditional.
Vladislav Kaskov himself, the current deputy of the Transcarpathian Regional Council from the former pro -Russian Party of PPZZ, avoided responsibility due to the conditions of his extradition with Panama in 2017. Under these conditions, it could not be held accountable for other crimes committed until Ukraine was issued.
ARMA promises to announce a new auction date in the coming days and calls for business to carefully monitor the ads in the Prozorro system.
