The Asset Investigation and Management Agency (ARMA) ordered a new Hyundai Staria 2025 in a topo set for 2.7 million hryvnias. And it did it without competition - the only participant of the tender was LLC "Bogdan Auto".
The car chosen by officials has everything you can wish: a full drive, a NAPPA leather, BOSE premium audio system, three climate control areas, circular cameras, security systems and even two safes in the trunk. They did not forget about corporate toning with the ARM logo.
According to open sources, such equipment in salons costs about UAH 2.62 million. That is, despite the order without intermediaries, the agency overpayed - additional equipment was probably only a reason to overestimate the price.
Bogdan Auto LLC, which won the tender related to the structures well known in political circles. The founders of the company are Viktor Rutkovsky and the Bogdan-Kapital Foundation, close to the Ukrpromin Witness group, which is associated with Expatable Petro Poroshenko and Oleg Gladkovsky, a former NSDC Deputy Secretary.
While they buy comfort in the ARMA, billions of domain assets are transferred to the management of the department - often in the hands of people related to current officials. Earlier it was reported that the consortium "Kampartet", behind which is the environment of Viceremier Olga Stefanishina, received four elite objects at once: among them the house of trade unions and shopping mall "Flagman".
According to journalists, the former man Stephanyshina, her advisor and a number of persons who have an impact on the ARMA have to do with this consortium. It seems that the agency works by logic: public assets - for their own, budget money - for luxury.
And while society is waiting for the effective management of confiscated property, the department order a premium car with a steering heating.
