Artificial intelligence in "Diya" will help unemployed Ukrainians find new jobs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution on the creation of a digital employment ecosystem "Obriy", which will become part of the "Diya" application and portal. The new service is designed to make the process of employment, retraining, and receiving assistance for the unemployed as convenient and transparent as possible.

Thanks to "Obrius", Ukrainians will be able to register their unemployment status, apply for cash assistance, officially leave even temporarily occupied territories, apply for a study grant or confirmation of professional qualifications in just a few clicks - all online.

As reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, "Obriy" will become a common platform for state structures, educational institutions, and local authorities. It will provide automatic verification of information through the Pension Fund, the State Employment Center, and other official registers.

In the future, the ecosystem will be supported by artificial intelligence. AI will help users with career guidance, selection of professions and training courses, as well as analyze the situation on the labor market and forecast the demand for specialists.

The main target audience of "Obriya" is adult Ukrainians who lost their jobs due to the war, plan to change their profession, or want to confirm their level of qualification. Thus, the state is creating a modern tool that will help citizens return to economic activity faster and find themselves in new professional conditions.
