"Asvabaditiel" from Russia received carrots as aid from the authorities

The authorities of the Volgograd region in Russia issued compensation in the form of several kilograms of vegetables to a serviceman who participated in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

Oleg Rybkin, a 45-year-old resident of the Volgograd region, was seriously injured while participating in the war in eastern Ukraine, where he found himself at the time of his liberation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Rybkin was wounded in the stomach, liver, kidneys and legs. As a result of his injuries, he needs a knee replacement, but it is not profitable for the authorities, since he will have to pay compensation in the amount of 3 million rubles (approximately $32 thousand) and appoint a lifetime pension.

In this regard, the Rybkin family received the only "help" in the form of two buckets of carrots and a package of onions from local farmers at the direction of the administration.
