Attack on Sumy Region: Consequences and Rescue Measures

On the first day of the new year, Russian troops continue their hostile attacks on Ukraine. One of these attacks was the shelling of a residential building in Sumy Oblast, which occurred using a Shahed drone. The incident occurred in the Esmansk community.

According to the Sumy Regional State Administration (SSA), the attack caused serious damage to the building, and several people were trapped under the rubble. It is noted that three people have already been rescued and medical assistance is being provided.

Emergency services are working at the scene, conducting search and rescue operations to ensure safety and rescue victims. The situation remains tense, and authorities continue to provide necessary assistance and respond to the consequences of the hostile invasion.
