Attack on Sumy region: consequences and rescue measures

On the first day of the new year, Russian troops continue their hostile attacks on Ukraine. One of the cases of these attacks is the shelling of a residential building in Sumy Oblast, which took place with the help of the "Shakhed" unmanned aerial vehicle. The incident happened in the community of Esmansk.

According to the Sumy Regional State Administration (OVA), as a result of the attack, the building was seriously damaged, and several people were buried under the rubble. It is noted that three people have already been rescued and medical assistance is being provided.

Rescue services are working at the scene of the accident, conducting search and rescue operations to ensure safety and rescue victims. The situation remains tense, and the authorities continue to provide the necessary assistance and respond to the consequences of the enemy invasion.
