A new study has shown that a person's lifespan depends on lifestyle, nutrition, and emotional and psychological state. Scientists have developed a special analysis system that allows you to assess the body's resilience and predict its potential lifespan.
The key indicator turned out to be the so-called factor of the dynamic state of the organism. During life, this factor gradually decreases, reaching a critical level by about 150 years of age. By measuring the level of this indicator, it is possible to estimate how many “resources” are left in the human body.
Based on the data obtained, the researchers concluded that the biological potential of humans is set at approximately 150 years of life. This does not mean that all people live to this age limit, but it indicates the limit to which the body can survive under optimal conditions.
Scientists emphasize: maintaining a healthy lifestyle, balanced nutrition, and psychological comfort can significantly slow down the decline in the dynamic factor and prolong the quality of life.
