Charitable contributions to the Armed Forces from Ukrainians tripled in 2023 compared to the previous year, monobank reports

According to monobank, in 2023, a significant increase in the volume of charitable contributions will be observed in Ukraine, amounting to an impressive 27.4 billion UAH. This is three times more than in the previous year. The bank published information about this on its Instagram page.

With the help of the monobank payment system, Ukrainians made charitable contributions in the amount of UAH 27.4 billion in 2023, which is impressive compared to last year, when this figure was UAH 8.5 billion.

The number of people who participated in charitable activities in 2023 reached 5.4 million, which is a significant increase compared to the previous year, when there were only 3 million donors.

The average amount of the charitable contribution also increased, reaching UAH 349 in 2023, compared to last year, when it amounted to UAH 258.
