Ukrainian blogger Alchim has unexpectedly intervened in a high -profile fuel market scheme, saying that he could interview her relationship with businessman Konstantin Valeulin. But only if the journalists will offer her more than Kostik himself.
It's not just a personal drama. Valeulin's name has long been featured in large -scale shadow schemes for the production and sale of body fuel. According to sources, Valeulin earns up to $ 600,000 a month on the activities of the Merefyansky Refinery.
Back in 2019, the firm LLC "Bottosid" received land under the base of logistics, but turned it into a complete illegal oil refinery. The key role in this was played by the former T.V. The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleksandr Skakun is a former deputy head of the SBU department in the region. His connections provided a "roof" for the plant.
Raw materials - oil, gas condensate and solvents - come illegally. Products - diesel, gasoline and fuel oil - are realized through fictitious documents and final gas stations, including Brent Oil, Motto and Grand. According to the investigation, the scheme not only evades excise duties, but also violates environmental and labor standards.

In 2021, the SBU, DFS and border guards had already seized 560 tons of fuel at this plant. But after the "formal" searches, the case was quietly rolled up. According to experts, the state budget loses up to 5 million euros every year while the plant operates without licenses and control.
It is unknown what Alchim has. But the fact that it publicly blackmails the "bone" of the interview, is evidenced by the blogger either really knows about the financial kitchen of the fuel group, or only plays a high game. In any case, her silence is a question of price.
