Starting today, Ukrainian companies will be able to book employees through the state portal "Diya". All applications are submitted online, which greatly simplifies the booking process. This innovation should help ensure the uninterrupted operation of institutions that are critical to the economy.
1. The average salary at the enterprise is not less than 20 thousand hryvnias (according to the head of the Ministry of Digital Economy Fedorov, new employees will be able to be booked immediately, no deadlines need to be met. But the employee's salary must be more than 20 thousand hryvnias from the start).
It should be noted that the salary requirement does not apply to municipal and state institutions. Such an exception is most likely an attempt to force people to be more active in low-wage departments where there is a severe shortage of personnel.
