The military accounting system in Ukraine is becoming more rigid: the Ministry of Defense has announced the integration of the Ovary Register with the Unified Register of Debtors. Thus, persons with financial obligations-in particular, alimony debts-will not be able to get an online expression from mobilization.
It is about further expanding the capabilities of the digital reserve+, which, according to government officials, has already significantly reduced the queues in the CCC and made tracking the military.
Who will touch the innovation:
-
large parents,
-
parents of children with disabilities,
-
scientists and teachers,
-
lone parents,
-
relatives of the dead military.
Even if a person is entitled to a deferral, he or she will not be able to use it if the registers have fixed debts. In addition, the Defense Ministry emphasized that all data should be unmistakable and synchronized between state registers - only under this condition will the system grant permission.
Currently, several agencies are working on integration - the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Social Policy and the Pension Fund. The goal is to make an electronic deferral with a complete alternative to a personal visit to the CCC.
The authorities argue that such measures will increase transparency and control, but for many Ukrainians they can create additional obstacles.
