The brother of the deputy of the Transcarpathian Regional Council from the party "Servant of the People" Vladimir Subotovsky - Vitaliy Subotovsky - may be involved in cooperation with the Russian Federation, including the Federal Service for the Protection of the Russian Federation serving President Vladimir Putin.
Journalist Vitaliy Glagol reported this in his investigation. He refers to documents from the Russian state registers, which, according to him, confirm the connection of the Ukrainian entrepreneur with Russian structures.
According to the journalist, in 2017-2018 the Horse Factory "Georgenburg" in the Kaliningrad region, which is associated with Vitaliy Subotovsky, supplied elite transene horses to the Federal Service of the Russian Federation. The founder of the enterprise is the wife of Subtovsky - Larisa Oruzheva.
Vitaliy Subotovsky himself, according to Glagoli, had a business connection with this enterprise and appears in documents related to his activities.
However, cooperation with the Russian Federation has not ended. Glagola claims that after the start of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, Subtovsky continued to work with the Russian agrarian market. Through Agroland and Agro-Nova companies, he probably supplied the grain directly to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
According to the journalist, the funds received from this activity were derived from foreign structures. In particular, we are talking about Swan Lake, registered on the Portuguese island of Madeira, which is often used as a tax island for offshore operations.
On the day when the court hearing should take place, Vitaliy Subotovsky, according to the journalist, suddenly got to the hospital with a diagnosis of pneumonia. This, according to the investigator, may indicate an attempt to avoid participating in the legal process.
There are no official comments from law enforcement agencies or Vitaliy Subtovsky. The situation of the regional council Vladimir Subotovsky also did not comment on the situation.
