Booking employees through Diya: what businesses need to know

Starting today, Ukrainian enterprises have been able to book employees through the Diya state portal. All applications are submitted online, which greatly simplifies the booking process. This innovation should contribute to the smooth operation of institutions that are critical for the economy.

1. The average salary at the enterprise is not less than 20 thousand hryvnias (according to the head of the Ministry of Statistics Fedorov, new employees will be able to book immediately, there is no need to work out any terms. But the employee's salary must be more than 20 thousand hryvnias from the start).

Note that the salary requirement does not apply to communal and state institutions. Such an exception, most likely, is an attempt to force people to work more actively in departments with low salaries, where there is a severe lack of staff.

2. absence of tax debts.

3) The third criterion chooses the company itself from the list:
- residency in "Dia",
- 1.5+ million euros in taxes paid per year,
- 32+ million euros in revenue,
- importance for the national economy or the needs of the community.
