The BRSM-Nafta gas station network has paid UAH 140 million to the state budget within the framework of the case of tax removal. This was reported by law enforcement agencies, entrepreneurs, who have hidden transactions for all millions of hryvnias in tax returns.

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General and the Bureau of Economic Security (Bab), the officials of the enterprises in 2021-2023 hid the transaction for the total amount of UAH 435 million and UAH 560 million in the financial statements. This allowed them to avoid payment of 140 million UAH of value added tax (VAT).
"According to the investigations, such actions have led to lower tax liabilities and non -receipt of more than UAH 140 million to the state budget," the official message reads.
Thanks to the pre -trial investigation, UAH 140 million was fully reimbursed by enterprises, and these funds have already been received to the state budget.
In the framework of criminal proceedings, the director and accountant of the enterprises were suspected. However, after the complete repayment of the damage caused to the court, a request was filed for release from criminal liability.
This is not the only criminal case related to the company. Law enforcement officers also investigate the evasion of UAH 5 billion in taxes by the Fastiv Fastan Factory of Organic Solvents, which is part of the BRSM group.
In addition, according to the Consulting Group "A-95", in 2023-2024 the company did not pay more than 100 million UAH of operating taxes on a monthly basis, including VAT, income tax, VAT and ESA.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officers check other possible violations by the company.
