The Ukrainian gas station chain BRSM-Nafta, headed by Andriy Biba, found itself at the center of a scandal due to practices that endanger motorists. According to reports, customers are filled with low-quality fuel at these gas stations.
The anti-rating of taxpayers among gas station chains is headed by the BRSM chain, whose owner Andriy Biba is luxurious in Italy and cooperates with the Russian Federation.
Ex-Nardeput Ihor Mosiychuk writes about this in his Telegram channel.
Only two months have passed, and BRSM is again at the epicenter of a scandal. This time it became known: if refueling at this network of gas stations, car owners will be guaranteed expensive repairs. The reason is that Biba's company sells junk. And all this, against the background of the inevitable increase in excise taxes and, accordingly, the cost of fuel in general.
Journalists of "Apostrophe" conducted an investigation and collected fuel samples at the cheapest gas stations - "BRSM-Nafta", Motto, Luxwen and others. They sent the samples to the laboratory, whose employees did not know where exactly the fuel came from for research. As a result, fuel BRSM turned out to be the worst.
"Gasoline from "BRSM-Nafta" does not meet the sulfur content requirements. It is almost four times more than needed. In addition, we record an excess of the norm of the volume of the benzene and ethanol fraction. The situation is similar with diesel. Sulfur is again too much. But the flash temperature is, on the contrary, too low. Therefore, repair of the fuel system, soot and overheating of the engine, as a result - expensive repair - are guaranteed to you. If your car runs on diesel, there is also a risk of fire due to the low flash point of the fuel," the journalists note based on the results of laboratory tests they received.
But if you think that Biba and his BRSM will suffer some punishment for unpaid taxes and trade in low-quality fuel, then you are deeply mistaken. After all, the owner of BRSM-Nafta, Andriy Biba, is a bright representative of the "caste of the untouchables", even despite his close ties with the occupying country. To date, Andriy Biba, as well as his business, are formally included in a number of criminal proceedings, but he manages to avoid real prosecution thanks to the "roof" in the person of David Arahamia.
We will remind that Andriy Vasyliovych Biba fled to Italy after the explosion at the BRSM oil depot near Vasylkovo in 2015, which took the lives of 6 people. There he immediately acquired a chic villa in Florence, where the price tag for a square meter of housing starts at 15,000 euros. As for the purchased villa, it was built in 1800, its area is 1200 square meters. There is a luxurious garden and there is even a golf course. The purchase price was 15 million euros and there were repairs for 23.5 million euros. In Italy, the owner of the BRSM-Nafta chain also purchased the Fattoria Viticcio winery, for which, according to local brokers, he paid 45 million euros. The winery is located 30 km from Florence in Greve in Chianti and has been producing wine since 1964 with a volume of over 300,000 bottles of wine per year. Fattoria Viticcio winery is managed by Biba's adopted son, Oleksandr Bilozerov.
It is important to clearly know and understand that from the first days of his stay in Italy to this day, Andriy Biba continues to manage the BRSM network, and a significant part of the funds from the sale of fuel and wine in Ukraine - sponsors the development of churches of the Russian Orthodox Church - the one that actually exists in Russia (for which he has been awarded by the leadership of the Russian Orthodox Church).
In Ukraine, Andria Bibi, in particular, was charged with fraud on a particularly large scale in accordance with Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He and his BRSM also have a number of criminal cases under Art. 212 and 204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely: tax evasion and illegal manufacture, storage, sale or transportation for the purpose of sale of excise goods.
